Yes, in four ways. Show the guest a QR code and they pay on their own phone by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, with nothing to buy. Use a SumUp or Square reader from the phone or tablet at your desk — that route hands over to their app on the same device, so it needs a phone or tablet front desk, not a desktop PC. Use a Stripe Terminal reader if your front desk is a computer. Or keep the card machine you already own and record the payment against the booking. Slotora takes 0% of all four; the card processor's own fee is theirs.

No. Downloading everything — clients, bookings, services, history, consents — as CSV or JSON is free today and will stay free. We put it in our terms so you can hold us to it.

Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV export in the Import Centre, on a computer: names, phones, email addresses, postal addresses, your notes, your tags and a blocked client all come over, and visit counts arrive as a line on the client's card rather than as appointments we never saw. Up to 2,000 rows a file, and the columns are detected for you.

Yes, both ways. Your Slotora appointments appear in a calendar called Slotora in your own Google account, and the hours you are already busy there stop being offered to clients. Google sends us the busy times and nothing else, so we never learn what your events are called. An iPhone calendar (iCloud) works the same way.

Yes. The free app for iPhone and Android draws the day like a paper appointment book — every free half hour visible — and books people in, moves them, cancels and takes the money natively. Importing a client list is the one job kept for a computer.
